Dr. Emily Layne, Optometrist

Dr. Emily Layne was raised in Grand Island and graduated as an honor student from the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2020. She attended Oklahoma’s College of Optometry and after graduating, joined Eyecare Professionals in June of 2024!

She participated in marching band every year of high school and college while in Nebraska. Dr. Layne loves the outdoors and some of her favorite activities include gardening, birdwatching, and fishing to name a few. While living in Oklahoma she met her husband, Robert, who is originally from Fort Smith, Arkansas.
