Insurance Plans

We are insurance providers of most vision and medical insurance plans. To inquire if we are providers of your plan, please call our office prior to scheduling your appointment. Insurance cards are required at appointment check in.

We accept cash, personal checks and the following credit and debit cards:

We also offer an administrative savings of 10% when balance is paid at the time of service.
